Joint portions 1a and 15c are respectively formed so that the electrode plate and the header are fitted using projections and recesses. The joint portions 1a and 15c have a plurality of first projections 4 and recessed grooves 5, second projections 18 and recessed grooves 19, respectively. The electrode plate and the header are joined by fitting the joint portions 1a and 15c using projections and recesses.
