    • PURPOSE:To efficiently and uniformly coat a work with a powder by providing a process for filling a powder receiver with the powder, a process for introducing a preheated work into the powder, a process adhering the powder to the surface of the work by vibrating the powder receiver and a process taking out the work. CONSTITUTION:The powder receiver 2 whose upper and bottom surfaces are opened arranged on a table 1 is allowed to advance to a powder supply position by a drive cylinder 3 to be filled with a powder 7. This powder receiver 2 is allowed to advance to a work supply position and a work preheated to the m.p. of the powder 7 or higher is allowed to fall in the powder 7 in the powder receiver 2. Then, the powder receiver 2 is moved forwardly and rearwardly by the drive cylinder 3 to impart vibration to the powder 7. By this method, the entire surface of the work 8 is brought into contact with the powder 7 while the powder 7 is melted to be uniformly adhered to the entire surface of the work 8. Subsequently, the powder receiver 2 is allowed to advance to a work taking-out position outside the table 1, and the powder 7 and the work 8 are allowed to fall from the opened bottom surface of said powder receiver 2.

    • PURPOSE:To produce a wound core in a manner where a roll can be easily and reliably applied with various treatments, by rewinding a thin band at the start of winding in the reverse direction of the feeding of the thin band temporarily, retaining the outer periphery surface with a circular jig for preventing transformation, performing a heat treatment, applying an adhesive agent, by hardening the adhesive, and by fixing the shape of a roll of the thin band by irradiation of ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:A rewinding reel 35 and pinch rollers 36 are rotated in a direction which is opposite to the feeding direction of a thin band 11. Accordingly, the winding of the thin band 11 around the core 27 becomes film. In this status, the core 27 is rotated at a high speed and the thin band 11 is cut at the winding end by a cutter 37. Then, the core 27 is lowered while it is rotating by shifting a plate 30. Then, a roll 12 is fitted into the inside of circular dent part of of a tool 32 by magnetic attracting force of a magnet 34. Heat treatment is performed by putting the tool 32 which retained the roll 12 into a heat treatment furnace. Then, while the roll 12 is rotated, ultraviolet curing adhesive is applied to the entire periphery of one edge face facing the outside of the tool 32.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a thin band to be slit from entering from the inclined direction to an upper and a lower blades by providing members for restricting the cross direction displacement of the thin band to be slit on the entering side of the thin band to be slit, between the upper and lower blades. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous alloy thin band entering between an upper blade 17 and a lower blade 18 is provided with frictional resistance appropriate for impeding its movement in the thin band width direction by moving the amorphous alloy thin band on the guide face 20 of a thin band guide 19. Side plates 21 provided on both sides of the guide face 20 of the thin band guide 19 hold both side edges of the amorphous thin band moving on the guide face 20, thus restricting its movement in the width direction. At the time of slitting the amorphous alloy thin band, however, the amorphous alloy thin band is going to enter from the inclined direction to the axes of the upper and lower blades 17, 18 at times because of the difficulty in cutting the thin band, but this cross direction movement of the amorphous alloy thin band is restricted by the thin band guide 19 and side plates 21. The amorphous alloy thin band thereby enters between the upper and lower blades 17, 18 without inclining.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the damage to an article and attempt the continuation and speedup of turning around by providing magnets at equal intervals circumferentially at the outer perimeter of the drive turning body of an endless transport device, and transferring the article to the lower side transport passage by sucking it magentically, and arranging so that the magnetic suction may be released at the lower side transport passage. CONSTITUTION:The 1st transport device 1 transports in step advance intermittently an article A by means of the regular pitch intermittent step advance turning of a drive shaft 2. Simultaneously, a cam 12 is turned, and when its protruding portion 12a has come right over the shaft 2, a permanent magnet 9 is made to protrude on the side of the support plates 5 of the transport device 1 through a roller 13. As a result, the article A is sucked to the magnet 9 and moves to the lower side transport passage as the transport device 1 turns around. Thus, the article A comes into the state of obverse and reverse being turned around, and when it comes to the lowest position, the support shaft 17 of the 2nd transport device 2 rises and sucks the article A onto a support plate 16 by means of a magnet 18. As a result, a turning around and continuous transport can be done without damaging the surface of the article.
