    • PURPOSE:To control transfer motion stably and smoothly by controlling the winding speed on the basis of a current command to a motor immediately before receiving of transfer command stored in current memory. CONSTITUTION:A switch 46 is arranged between an adder 39 and a sped control amplifier 35 where the amplifier 35 is constituted as a proportional integration amplifier and upon opening of said switch 46 under fixed dance position control of winding motor 13, the proportional integration amplifier having a capacitor C will function as a current memory of motor 13a to store charges thus to store the current command. Said switch 46 is opened fro the driving timing of winding arm to the time when the travelling material is cut through a knife to perform current control of motor 13a on the basis of a current command stored in the amplifier 35 thus to control the winding speed.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate complex tension setting operation, by providing a tension signal fed back from a tension detecting means as a tension setting signal when a travel material starts to travel, and providing a differential tension signal to a tension control operating unit when the differential tension signal goes to zero level thereby starting tension control operation. CONSTITUTION:When a travel material passes between rolls, the switch 11-1 in a tension setting control circuit 11 is switched, and a tension signal fed back from a tension detecting/operating unit 10-1 is provided selectively as a tension setting signal to an adder 10-3. When a zero differential tension detector 12-2 detects that the level of the differential tension signal fed from the adder 10-3 goes approximately to zero, an operating time delay timer relay 12-3 functions to close the contact 10-5. Consequently, a tension correcting signal is fed from a tension control operation amplifier 10-4 to an adder 6A-4 thus initiating tension control operation at start of travel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a danger that a hoisted object baton is dropped due to the release of a brake effectively even if power output to a motor which lifts, lowers, and drives a hoisted object mechanism is lost so as to improve safety. SOLUTION: A hoisted object controller of a stage mechanism is provided with an actual travel amount computing means 26 which obtains an actual travel amount based on a detection signal of a current position of a hoisted object baton when an operation signal rises and a detection signal of a current position after the operation is started when a motor M which lifts, lowers, and drives the hoisted object baton is operated and controlled by positioning control, a theoretical travel amount computing means 27 which takes in speed standard given to a drive device 11 by a positioning device 12 to obtain a theoretical travel amount when the hoisted object baton is operated at the speed standard, and a travel amount judging means 30 which judges that travel amount is abnormal if a deviation between the actual travel amount and the theoretical travel amount which are obtained by both computing means 26, 27 exceeds a predetermined value to output an abnormal signal command. A brake B of the motor M is operated by the abnormal signal command to inform the positioning device 12 of an abnormality so that the positioning device 12 and the drive device 11 are stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To enable tilt angles to be freely set by arranging a plurality of floor mechanisms for controlling oblique floor on respective floor frames adjacent to each other with the use of respective oblique driving gears, respectively and separately, and setting the oblique floors at required tilt angles. CONSTITUTION:With the working of a motor 11, by a rack type ascending or descending device 12, rack columns 13, 14 are moved upward or downward, and an ascending or descending distance is detected by an ascending or descending position detecting counter 41 via a rack pinion 16 and an encoder 17, and a floor frame 15 is set to an ascending or descending position setting value lo. After that, the tilt angle of an oblique floor 18 is detected by a tilt angle counter via an encoder 311, and via an oblique driving gear 19, the tilt angle of the oblique floor 18 is enlarged. After that, the ascending or descending position of a floor frame 25 and the tilt angle of an oblique floor 28 are automatically set, and floor mechanisms 10, 20 are continuously changed. As a result, a stage equipment excellent in flexibility can be constructed.

    • PURPOSE:To execute high accurate horizontal cutting by comparison-operating number of pulse of each signal outputted from plural pulse transmitters and using as corrected signal for reference ascending/descending velocities. CONSTITUTION:A counter 30 for cast slab cutting position counts the pulse signal of transmitter 18 directly connected with a motor 2 for pinch roll deciding casting velocity for cast slab. A counter 32 for cutting machine descending position counts the pulse signal of transmitter 19 directly connected with a motor 7 for ascent/descent. Outputted values of the counters 30, 32 are compared with the comparison circuit 34 and difference between both is outputted to correcting circuit 35. The correcting circuit 35 outputs corrected signal 36 correcting the difference between the cutting position of cast slab and descending position of the cutting machine to ascending/descending velocity setting circuit 14, and adjust so that both synchronize. The positional shift between the cutting position of cast slab and the descending position of cutting machine can be restrained and the high accurate horizontal cutting can be executed.
