摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an expected effect of baking a cooked object in a short time as requested by adopting a jet collision heat transfer technology to improve thermal efficiency.
SOLUTION: Hot air blasted from a jet port 37 provided in a top part 33 of a cooking chamber 10 collides with the cooked object 38 placed on a tray 40, to heat the cooked object 38, then flows to the lower side from the tray 40 through openings 41, 42 on both right and left sides of the tray 40. Since there is no or almost no hole (opening) particularly in a part, placing the cooked object 38, of the tray 40, the hot air is avoided escaping downward from the tray 40 to uselessly heat a part under the tray 40 where no cooked object 38 exists. Thermal efficiency can thereby be improved to obtain the expected effect of baking the cooked object 38 in a short time as requested.
