摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the stress resulting from the pressure applied to a tank for an oil-filled electric apparatus and lighten the tank weight by a method wherein the end edge portions on both sides of each short-side side plate are bent to form longitudinal reinforcing pieces, which are used to form side walls of a gas chamber. CONSTITUTION:The end edges on both sides of each side plate 10 to form a tank short-side side wall having a circular arc-shaped cross section are bent 90 deg. outwardly to form longitudinal reinforcing pieces 11 unitary with the side plate. Between the base end portions of the reinforcing pieces 11 of both side plates 10 arranged on the right and the left so as to face to each other, side plates 12 to form tank long sides are placed, and both side ends of each side plate 12 are welded to the base end portions of the reinforcing pieces 11 respectively to form a tank side wall. Moreover, a top band 2 is welded to the top end outer circumferential edge of the thus formed tank side wall, and a bottom plate 3 to the lower-end opening portion. Thereby, the stress resulting from the pressure applied to the tank can be largely reduced, and the tank weight can be lightened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent flying and depositing molten metal from cohering onto crucible by constituting the upper part of the crucible for high speed induction melting furnace with refractories of good conductivity. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of a crucible 2 made of refractories of a high speed induction melting furnace is constituted, at the upper part 2b from the portion slightly lower than the surface of molten metal 3, by refractories of good conductivity such as graphite. Since this portion 2b has conductivity, it is induction heated by an induction coil 1 to become high temperature. Hence, even if the molten metal 3 flies and deposites thereon, it will not cohere thereto and flows down into the molten metal 3. In this way, depositing of the molten metal on the upper opening part of the crucible 2 and narrowing of the opening through solidification of the molten metal may be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To save the steel material and insulating oil for the electric device by inserting high voltage lead wires into insulating conduits in radial pipes provided for respective phases from the top of a tank and connecting the lead wires to the terminal in oil of a bushing mounted at the end of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:The respective one ends of the pipes 22B are laterally aligned and connected to the upper portion on the side surface of the tank 21 and arranged radially downwardly obliquely. A rectangular bushing pocket 23B mounted with the bushing 9B at the top is vertically arranged at the other ends of the pipe 22B and a reinforcing member 28 is connected thereto. Further, the insulating conduit 25B is projected via a bracket 30 from the pipe 23B through a support 31. The high voltage lead wires 6 supported by an insulating support 24 mounted at a top iron core clamp 3b are electrically connected to the terminal 10 in oil of the bushing through the conduit 25B. Thus, the distance between the coil 5 and the tank 21 is shortened to reduce the tank in size and to thus save the steel material and insulating oil therefor.
