摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the mechanical strength of a rotary electric machine by replacing a layer of the part of the portion projected outwardly from the vicinity of the end face of a rotor core of a slot insulator made of a plurality of synthetic resin layers reinforced with glass fiber by and insulating films. CONSTITUTION:A slot insulator 4 which insulates between a rotor coil and a rotor core 1 is constructed by superposing a plurality of unit sheet layers 8 made of synthetic resin reinforced with glass fiber such as glass filament 8a. A layer of the part of the layers 8 of the part 11 projected outwardly from the end face 10 of the rotor core 1 of the insulator 4 and the part slightly inserted into the slot 2 from the end face 10 is replaced by insulating film 9. In this manner, the thickness of the insulator 4 can be reduced, thereby improving the withstand voltage, mechanical strength and heat conductive characteristic. Further, the vicinity of the end face 10 of the core which can be feasibly damaged becomes by the film 9 strong against an impact force.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to insure the maintenance of sufficient distance of contacting face of a conductor along an insulator without enlarging the size thereof by a method wherein a ring type packing to be equipped at the end part of the circular sectional conductor penetrating an airtight chamber is made to have the form having a step part in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:At the end part of the circular sectional conductor 1 penetrating the airtight chamber and being arranged around the circumference thereof with an insulating tube 2, a sealing member is provided consisting of the packing 4, washers 5, 6 and a clamping nut 8. At this time, the shape of the packing 4 is made to have the form having the step part in the axial direction, and the contacting position of the packing 4 with the conductor 1 and the contacting position of the packing 4 with the shaft 3 are made to be displaced to the axial direction. Accordingly, the distance of contacting face of the conductor 1 along the shaft 3 can be insured without enlarging the size of the sealing member.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of sensors and maintain higher safety, by providing a separable connector coupling portion on a casing wiring portion and providing a casing with a penetrated portion which is shielded on an outside lead-out portion and sealed up to prevent internal gas from leaking. CONSTITUTION:A sensor cable 4 is a coaxial shielded cable which is less affected by an external noise and another noise due to the deformation of the cable itself. The sensor cable extends to the penetrated portion 7 of a casing 6 through an inside connector coupling portion 5. This coupling portion is made of a coaxial connector. In the case of the dielectric strength test of a stator winding or a similar case, the cable 4 is disconnected at the coupling portion 5 and enough dielectric strength is set to insulate the casing 6 from sensors 3, 3'. The shielded section 8 of the led-out portion of the cable 4 is directly coupled to the grounded casing so that a voltage produced by electrostatic induction is released to the ground. This results in maintaining higher safety.

摘要： PURPOSE:To monitor the yarn binding and wedge loose degree of a vibration sensor at the end of the stator winding for a rotary electric machine during operation by mounting the vibration sensor at the end of the stator winding for indicating the vibrating states at every frequency component. CONSTITUTION:Circumferential and radial vibration sensors 3 and 3' are, for example, mounted at the end 1 of the winding, and connected through vibrometers 9a, 9b, respectively to channels a, b, respectively of a vibration monitor 11. The output signal is applied to LPF 3a and BPF 4a1-4a4 in the channel a, and through an RMS converter 5a to a digital indicator 8a as a vibration acceleration value and to an indicator 7a as the number of abnormal vibrations. The BPF picks up the vibration component in the frequency of the voltage multiplied by integer from a power supply and double integrated via an RMS converter 13 to thereby indicate the amplitude value on an indicator 15a. It is also similarly constructed in the channel b.
