A first injection opening is formed for injecting CNG to a primary-side flow channel 30 at an upstream side of the pressure reducers 10, 11, and a second injection opening is formed for injecting LNG to a secondary-side flow channel 40 in which the gas flowing out from the air-fin type heater 20 flows.
