    • PURPOSE:To contrive the increasing of the maximum burning quantity and the stabilizing of pulse oscillation by a method wherein an inner cylinder forming a double cylinder is structured to be the same tube diameter from the burning chamber side to the near part of an outer cylinder closed end, in a radiant tube burner provided with a burning chamber for pulse burning. CONSTITUTION:During a pulse burning operation, a burning gas produced by detonating durning in a burning chamber 32 is mainly expanded toward a tail tube corresponding part 33 side, then flowed into an annular discharging passage 34 located between an outer cylinder 1 and an inner cylinder 31 from the tail tube part corresponding part 33, further, flowed out at high speed via an exhaust chamber 26 and an exhaust pipe 27 from the discharging passage 34. In this case, as the inner cylinder 31 is structured to be the same tube diameter from the burning chamber 32 side to the tail tube part corresponding part 33, the burning gas flow rate can be increased, the increasing of the maximum burning quantity can be contrived, further, the outer cylinder 1 can be heated uniformly over whole part thereof, accordingly, the stabilzing of pulse oscillation can be achieved.

    • PURPOSE:To permit to miniaturize the case, capable of providing respective equipments, such as the fan connected to an air flapper valve mechanism or the like, at arbitrary positions and accommodating respective outside equipments, and reduce noise by a method wherein a mixing chamber and the air flapper valve mechanism are arranged in a vessel accommodating the liquid to be heated. CONSTITUTION:Respective combustion gas flowing equipments such as the combustion chamber 23 of a pulse combustion device 22 or the like, the mixing chamber 24 connected to the upstream side of the combustion chamber 23 and the air flapper valve mechanism 27 connected to the mixing chamber 24 through a connecting pipe are arranged in a liquid tank 21. According to this constitution, respective equipments such as the air flapper valve mechanism, a suction muffler, a fan 29 or the like can be arranged at any arbitrary positions. Therefore, restriction for the providing position of the pulse combustion device 22 may be prevented, respective equipments at the outside of the liquid tank 21 may be provided in compact and the case, accommodating respective these equipments, may be miniaturized. Further, noise of the mixing chamber 24 and the air flapper valve mechanism 27 may be restricted by the wall plate of the liquid tank 21.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole device and consequently make the installation space smaller and, in addition, contrive to improve the thermal efficiency by a structure wherein a boiler main body, which generates steam by means of a pulse burner consisting in inserting a combustion chamber and a tail pipe in the central portion of a vessel for liquid to be heated, and a decoupler, which is arranged at the upper end discharge port of the tail pipe and to the upper part of which an exhaust pipe is connected, are integrally provided. CONSTITUTION:A boiler main body 1 consists in inserting a pulse burner combustion chamber 5 and a tail pipe 6 in a long vertical cylindrical water tank 2. Because the tail pipe 6 to lead exhaust gas outside, a decoupler 7 and an exhaust pipe 10 are provided integral with the boiler body 1, the whole device is miniaturized and the installation space becomes smaller. Further, because the upper end discharge port 8 of the tail pipe 6 is penetrated in the decoupler 7 with protruded state, the sound filtering effect is enhanced and at the same time drain developed at a heat exchanger 9 for recovery of latent heat of condensation can be prevented from falling in the combustion chamber 5. Because the suction port 12 is not located opposing to the upper end discharge port 8 of the tail pipe 6, the direct sending of combustion gas into the exhaust pipe 10 can be prevented for occurring, resulting in improving the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger 8 for the recovery of latent heat of condensation.

    • PURPOSE:To inspect whether a gas circuit breaker is leaked or not by emitting a sound wave from a sound wave emitter under the gas circuit breaking state and receiving the sound wave by a sound wave receiver at another side. CONSTITUTION:The sound wave emitter 3 and the sound wave receiver 4 are provided at one side and another side of an upstream side (a) or a downstream side (b) of a gas flow path 2 respectively across a gas circuit breaking part of the gas circuit breaker 1 such as gas emergency trip valve. After setting the breaker 1 to the gas circuit breaking state, the sound wave is emitted from the emitter 3, and the presence and absence of the leakage of the gas circuit breaking part is inspected by presence and absence of the received sound wave in the receiver 4. In this way, 200cc/min and 3,000cc/min leakage quantities can be detected in case 500Hz-4kHz and 40kHz sound wave frequencies respectively. Consequently, the leakage can be inspected easily by very simple machine and in a short time.
