    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage application type circuit failure probe system which can probe a faulty point on the ground by receiving a radiated radio wave and appropriately specify the faulty point through the analysis of a received detection signal.
      SOLUTION: The probe system 2 comprises an antenna 3 for receiving radio waves, a detection means which is connected to the antenna 3 to detect the radio waves radiated from the circuit 1, and a determination processing means for determining the faulty point through a difference in a detection signal of the detection means in accordance with the position of the circuit 1. To probe a faulty point, a pulse voltage is applied to the circuit 1 in a faulty section by a voltage application device 50, receives a radio wave f radiated from the circuit 1 on the ground, and compares it with a criterion, thereby determining the faulty point.
