摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member-member connecting device for eliminating the possibility for a loop clutch to fall off a locking ring part even when rotated relative to the locking ring part in multiple directions. SOLUTION: The member-member connecting device includes a locking member 1 to be mounted on a first member such as a tool 21, and a connection rope 2 having one end formed with the loop clutch 3 to be locked thereto, and the other end to be locked to a second member such as a worker's safety belt. The locking member 1 has the locking ring part 6, and the loop clutch 3 has a hook 7 and a closing body 8. The closing body 8 is elastically energized so that its front end consistently abuts on the front end of the hook 7 at its curved inside to consistently close an opening part 11 of the hook 7. The dimensional ratio of a width W of the locking ring part 6 to an inner diameter W0 of the curved part of the hook is set to be nearly 1. Thereby, the locking ring part 6 cannot thrust the closing body 8 at its outside in the opening direction, even when located at any relative rotating position the locking ring part 6 and the hook 7.
