      SOLUTION: A moderation spring storing hole 27 is formed on the surface side of a contact holder 21, and a moderation piece temporary receiving portion 34 is formed also on the surface side on the insulator 32. Then, a proper moderation piece receiving portion 40 is formed on the case 38, and this proper moderation piece receiving portion 40 enters between a moderation piece 35 energized by the moderation spring 31 stored in the moderation spring housing hole 27 and the moderation piece temporary receiving portion 34, and receives the moderation piece 35. Thereby, assembly of the contact holder 21, the insulator 32 and the case 38 including mounting of the moderation spring 31 and the moderation piece 35 can be made from the surface side without reversing these, and without requiring a reversing process afterwards.
