    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring burner for gas pressure welding that easily and uniformly heating an abutting portion where two reinforcing bars face each other, with no skill, at a building site, civil engineering site, or the like.SOLUTION: The outer periphery of a reinforcing bar W is flamed at constant intervals from nozzles 2, and a distance from the tips of the nozzles 2 to the reinforcing bar W which is flamed from the nozzles 2 is constant. A burner body part A is a pair of arc-shaped conduit pipes 1 in which a plurality of nozzles 2 are arranged on the inner peripheral surface. End parts 1a of the arc-shaped conduit pipes 1 are connected to the end parts of a U-shaped conduit pipe 4. A step part 1b for keeping constant the distance from the tips of the nozzles 2 to the reinforcing bar W flamed from the nozzles 2, is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the arc-shaped conduit pipes 1. It is preferable to arrange the nozzles 2 so as to be detachable.

SOLUTION: A gas taken out from a high pressure vessel 10 is decreased to the final pressure that is used in the gas supply destination through plural stage pressure reduction sections 12 and 13, and on the other hand, the gas passing through the pressure reduction sections 12 and 13 is introduced to a thermal exchange section 14, regenerating temperature. In the case where the pressure of the gas is higher than a specified pressure value, gas introduction to a pressure reduction section 12 is cut-off by an emergency cut-off section 15, and a second connection section 51, in which pressure gas higher than the final pressure can be taken out and introduced, is provided in addition to a first connection section 50 that can take out the gas of the final pressure. In order to take out gas from the high pressure vessel 10 and supply the gas to the supply destination, the opening and closing of the emergency cut-off section 15 is controlled by the pressure of the gas discharged from a heat exchange section 14, and in order to introduce gas from the second connection section 51, gas is supplied to the first connection section 50 from the second connection section 51.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform supply of gas regardless of a difference in a supply pressure by a single system, to decide fitness of a supply pressure, and to improve safety. SOLUTION: A plurality of high pressure vessels 10 are arranged on the input side, gas in one high pressure vessel 10 selected therefrom is inputted, a pressure is reduced to a final pressure by pressure reducing parts 12 and 13 in a plurality of stages, and the final pressure is introduced to a heat exchange part 14 to effect correction processing of temperature. A pressure of gas is monitored by an alarming means 19, and a second connection part 51 to take out and introduce gas having a pressure higher than a final pressure is arranged in a piping route followed by the pressure reducing part 13 to reduce a pressure to a final pressure differently from a first connection part 50. Introduction of gas to reduce a pressure to the final pressure and that-out of gas having a pressure higher than the final pressure are effected. When the pressure reducing part 12 reaches an abnormal pressure, discrimination from an external part is effected by an alarming device operated by gas having the pressure.
