The pressure regulating mechanism is provided with a traveling object including a diaphragm 12 displaced according to the fluctuation of the pressure of the fluid, and the traveling object is provided with an abutting part 14b which is abutted on a portion of the housing 5 so as to block the excess displacement of the traveling object when the primary pressure becomes excessive. The container is further provided with a valve 4 arranged in the supply opening 23a for releasing or blocking the flow of the liquid fuel F. Sliding frictional force generated between surfaces on which the container body 2 and the barrier member 3 slide with respect to each other is below 10 N.
