In each of the reinforcements 1 and 1, a protrusion 1b of an outer peripheral surface is molded by roll-molding of an iron wire serving as the raw material, and a diameter-enlarged part having a diameter set larger than diameters of other parts is molded in a part of a length-direction section. An outside diameter of the diameter-enlarged part is set to not more than an outermost diameter D1 of the reinforcement-bar including the protrusion 1a of the reinforcement-bar 1. The male screw part 1c is formed in the diameter-enlarged part by rolling.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure using a screw type reinforcing bar joint, in which a male screw part in the end of the reinforcing bar is easily formed and is excellent in productivity, strength of the male screw part is superior, and a male screw part of the reinforcing bar for a joint can be easily formed.SOLUTION: A connection structure is configured by interposing a joint reinforcing bar 3 between a pair of connected reinforcing bars 1, 1 and connecting them to each other by a screw type reinforcing bar joint 5. Each connected reinforcing bar 1 is a deformed reinforcing bar including protrusions 1b on its outer peripheral surface formed by roll molding iron wire rods which are raw material, a diameter increased part formed in a part in the lengthwise direction, and a male screw part 1c formed on the diameter increased part by rolling. The outer diameter of the diameter increased part is set to be equal to or less than the outermost diameter D1 including the protrusion 1b of the reinforcing bar. The joint reinforcing bar 3 is a reinforcing bar having a larger diameter than that of the connected reinforcing bar 1 and has male screw parts at both ends thereof. Each screw type reinforcing bar joint 5 makes a screw cylinder 2 screw to the male screw part 3c of the joint reinforcing bar 3 and the male screw part 1c of the connected reinforcing bar 1.
