    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cutting an inner wall of a concrete pipe, which can cut the inner wall even when a joint of the concrete pipe is bent or forms a gap or a step.SOLUTION: A device for cutting an inner wall of a concrete pipe includes a cutter unit 10 for cutting the inner wall W, and a rotation prevention unit 30 for preventing rotation of the cutter unit 10. The cutter unit 10 includes a motor 11 which is arranged in such a manner that a shaft 12 is positioned in parallel with a traveling direction, an arm 16 which is elongated to the radial outside from the shaft 12 and inclined backward with respect to the traveling direction, and a cutting blade 18 which is attached to the arm 16. Even when a joint J of the concrete pipe C is bent or forms a gap, the cutting blade 18 can continue the cutting of the inner wall W without being caught in an end surface of the concrete pipe C.
