SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet including a transparent resin film having two main surfaces, a transparent resin layer formed on a first main surface of the transparent resin film, a pattern-printed layer arranged on the transparent resin layer, and a colored base film formed on the second main surface of the transparent resin film, the transparent resin layer contains first beads, and the pattern-printed layer contains second beads. The content, color, and/or particle size of the first beads are different from those of the second beads, and the first and second beads are embedded in the transparent resin layer and the pattern-printed layer. SOLUTION: The decorative film has the base layer which has a coloring material receiving surface and contains an amorphous polyester resin and an acrylic resin, a transparent adhesive layer which is arranged/fixed on/to the surface side of the base layer and contains an acrylic-fluororesin containing an acrylic resin as a main component, and the transparent protective layer which is laminated on the surface of the transparent adhesive layer and contains an acrylic-fluororesin containing a fluororesin as a main component. The decorative sheet is obtained by forming an adhesive layer on the back side of the base layer of the decorative film.

The decorative layer includes a thermoplastic resin film with a thickness of 10 to 80 μm.
