    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the useful life of a flow sensor of which the bearing part of an impeller is integral with a body made of resin by suppressing the amount of wear of the bearing part through use.
      SOLUTION: Since the flow sensor 3 is provided with a collar 26 having a small coefficient of friction on the downstream side end of a shaft 22, even when a hole part of a downstream side bearing part 21 wears through years of use, the collar 26 is brought into contact with a facing surface around the hole part of the downstream side bearing part 21 at some point in time. This prevents the shaft 22 from moving further toward downstream side and from being further worn. As a result, wear of the downstream side bearing part 21 is reduced to prolong the useful life of the flow sensor 3. Since the coefficient of friction of the collar 26 is small, the frictional force between the collar 26 and the downstream side bearing part 21 does not hinder the rotation of the impeller 12, and the rotation characteristics of the flow sensor 3 do not deteriorate.
