    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple storage facility for excrement disposing in which the discharge of excrement liquid and the ripening for excellent compost are inexpensively, easily and surely performed in the composting of the deposited excrement of livestock.
SOLUTION: The simple storage facility for excrement disposing is provided with a water shielding sheet 3 placed on an excrement deposit place, a floor part 4 formed on the upper surface of the water shielding sheet 3 and for depositing the excrement and a covering sheet 6 for covering the deposited excrement 5 on the floor part 4. The water shielding sheet 3 and the covering sheet 6 are tightly contact with each other freely detachably at the peripheral part to be cylindrically integrated and the covering sheet 6 is capable of being expanded to the upper side of the deposited excreta by air pressure. The covering sheet 6 is expanded to the upper side of the deposited excrement 5 to facilitate the treatment work of the deposited excrement 5 without disturbing by the covering sheet 3. Air is fed to the deposited excrement after the excrement liquid is discharged by keeping a state that compressed air 13 is injected between the water shielding sheet 3 and the covering sheet 6 to produce excellent ripening condition for aerobic fermentation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry reservoir tank in which the slurry stored in the tank neither affects the peripheral environment nor is affected by the peripheral environment and can be easily installed at a low cost. SOLUTION: The slurry reservoir tank 1 of a treatment facility 3 for making liquid manure by subjecting a slurry 2 (feces-urine mixture) to fermentation treatment is provided with: a body 5 formed of a sheet 4 in a bag form; an inlet 6 for injecting the slurry 2 into the body 5; and an outlet 7 for discharging the slurry 2 from the inside of the body 5. The cost is made lower than that of the conventional tanks made of concrete and steel or iron. The tank is made into the bag form to tightly seal the slurry, thereby preventing the slurry 2 from affecting the peripheral environment and from being affected by the peripheral environment. Further, the unexpected subsidence of the installation ground is made allowable by forming the sheet 4 into the bag form, and the installation of the tank 1 is made sufficiently possible on a cheap sand foundation even in case of a soft ground. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a water tank or the like using precast (PCa) panels which allows the tanks or the like with various diameters to be constructed of the PCa panels of the same shape, to construct a joint structure excellent in water sealability of the PCa panels, and to easily form of a simple framework or the like.
SOLUTION: The joint structure of PCa plates 1 of a PCa tank with an external cable has a slit steel pipe 10 disposed as a joining pipe toward the outside of the tank on a joint space 2, and right and left sides of the steel pipe 10 are respectively fitted into notched grooves 11 and 11 formed on opposite joining end surfaces 1a and 1a, thereby making adjustable a joining angle of adjacent PCa plates 1 and 1 with the steel pipe 10 as the center. A semi-through type joint framework comprising the steel pipe 10, a resin-based framework 12 and a resin-based separator 13 is used to fill an unshrinkable grout material 14 into a joint space 2-1 and the steel pipe 10. An applied waterproof material 15 is provided between the steel pipe 10 and the groove 11, and a waterproof sealing material 16 is provided inside a joint space 2-2.

SOLUTION: A bottom plate 2 of the storage tank 1 is constructed by a water permeable material. An impervious sheet 3 is arranged in the storage tank 1. The impervious sheet 3 is formed into a structure having sufficient slackness so as to store underground water 4 flowing in the lower side of the impervious sheet 3 by passing through the bottom plate 2 by fixing only a peripheral edge part 3a to a side wall 1a of the storage tank 1. The impervious sheet 3 is made to have the sufficient slackness so as to store the underground water 4 flowing in the lower side of the impervious sheet 3 in the lower side of the impervious sheet 3 even when the underground water 4 becomes the rising highest water level.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and quantitatively transferring a safe and inexpensive plasmid DNA to a blood vessel wall cell.
SOLUTION: In a gene transfer apparatus 1 constituted of electrode parts 2 composed of one or a plurality of cathodes and anodes for impressing a pulse voltage to a blood vessel, a pulse generator 3 for generating the pulse voltage, a power source 4 for supplying driving electric power and a computer 5 for controlling the impression conditions of pulse, a plasmid DNA to be transferred is injected to the blood vessel, the electrodes parts are arranged at both the sides of the blood vessel so as to nip the blood vessel, fixed voltage pulses are impressed to the arranged electrodes parts for given times and a hydrophilic hole for gene transfer is bored through the blood vessel cell. Consequently the plasmid DNA is preferentially transferred to the blood vessel cell at a position corresponding to the edge part of the cathode.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir tank the strength of which is prevented from being lowered by the buckling phenomenon at joints or reduction in cross-section and to provide a reservoir tank wall block.
SOLUTION: The reservoir tank A is built by fitting a plurality of wall blocks 1 so that the blocks 1 are in contact with one another in the circumferential direction of the tank A. A plurality of PC steel wires 2 as fastening members are wound round the periphery of the wall blocks adjacent to one another. Joints B between the wall blocks 11 adjacent to one another in the circumferential direction are filled with a grout material 3. A joint packing material 4 is inserted in the outside of the grout material 3. Further, a joint sealing material 5 is inserted in the outside of the joint packing material 4. Each wall block 1 is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate so that thickness in the circumferential direction is the greatest at both ends 1c, becomes less towards the middle, and is the least in the middle. The cross-section of the external face of each wall block 1 has a linear shape or an approximately linear shape.
