    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for form rolling which is excellent in the productivity of columnar products (a helical gear or the like) having an inclined groove and excellent in the workability of itself.
      SOLUTION: In a fixed die and a moving die provided with a die working surface on which a number of inclined working teeth which are parallel to each other respectively to the direction of form rolling are provided, the working tooth 5 is composed of the zenith face 8 and tooth side planes 7, further, the connecting parts 9 between the zenith face 8 and the tooth side plane 7 are made into a round shape and the curvature of this round shape is constituted so as to be gradually increased in the direction of form rolling every prescribed number of the working teeth.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening bolt of versatile use and harder to work loose compared with conventional bolts of versatile use, and a screw fastened body utilizing the fastening bolt.SOLUTION: A pair of recessed grooves 8a, 8b along a spiral are formed side by side between a mountain side part and a valley side part of a pressed side flank 7 of the fastening bolt 1, while an intermediate part between the pair of recessed grooves 8a, 8b is shaped flat. In the constitution, when the screw is fastened, pressed side flanks 7, 14 of a male screw 4 and a female screw 13 in the recessed grooves 8a, 8b parts are not brought into contact with each other, stress concentrated thereon disperses, flat parts 9a, 9c other than the recessed grooves 8a, 8b are loaded uniformly, threads get harder to deform plastically, and the screw gets harder to work loose than in prior constitution.
