In the spin block, (1) there are separated spin block portions for high temperature and for low temperature, (2) pipes for the high melting point polymer and the low melting point polymer, for transporting the high melting point polymer and the low melting point polymer, are connected to the spin block portion for high temperature and the spin block portion for low temperature, respectively, (3) the two spin block portions have gear pumps for high temperature and low temperature, for receiving the high melting point polymer and the low melting point polymer independently supplied from each pipes, and then measuring and continuously supplying the polymers to the spinneret pack, (4) the two spin block portions further have heating means for high temperature and low temperature, for individually and independently heating at respective prescribed temperatures, and (5) the low melting point polymer is supplied to the spin block portion for high temperature through the spin block portion for low temperature to join the high melting point polymer directly continuously supplied to the spin block for high temperature, and the conjugated polymer flow is formed in the spinneret pack to spin the conjugated fiber.
