    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for removing a volatile organic compound by low temperature plasma and oil and excellent in usefulness and an economic property. SOLUTION: The system comprises a VOC adsorption part, a VOC release part, and a VOC recovery part and is so configured as to circulate an oil for VOC adsorption between the VOC adsorption part and the VOC release part. In the inside of a chamber 1 for VOC adsorption composing the VOC adsorption part, a wet wall tower 2 so composed as to form a wet wall with an oil is installed while being grounded and a discharge wire 3 is installed in the center of the chamber and air containing VOC is supplied to the inside of the wet wall tower 2 while the inside of the chamber 1 for VOC adsorption is kept in pressurized state and at the same time high voltage is applied to the discharge wire 3, so that low temperature plasma is generated between the grounded wet wall tower 2 and the discharge wire 2. The oil in which VOC is adsorbed in the VOC adsorption part is introduced into the VOC release part and the inside of a chamber 20 for VOC discharge is kept in a pressure-reduced state to discharge VOC adsorbed in the oil.
