    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structural towery building superior in an external appearance, providing a sense of unity with the building in design, having high rigidity, and reducing swinging in a strong wind and an earthquake, since a steel frame member is not bared more than a conventional towery building.
      SOLUTION: A cross-sectional quadrangular towery building A is constructed in such a way that a tower unit (a) has mutually opposed two precast concrete boards 4, a pair of steel frame truss units 5 connected between both side parts of the precast concrete boards, and a floor material 7 laid between horizontal members 6 of the steel frame truss units; and is preassembled in a low position; the tower unit is stacked by using a hoisting machine; the mutual precast concrete boards and the mutual steel frame truss units of the upper and lower tower units are connected; among planes of structure in the mutually right-angled X and Y directions, a plane of structure in the X direction is formed into a reinforced concrete aseismatic wall 2; and a plane of structure in the Y direction is formed into a steel frame truss structure 3 using the aseismatic wall 2 as a vertical member of a truss.
