摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake reporting system in which not only an earthquake alarm but also useful information is displayed, other than the occurrence of earthquakes.
SOLUTION: An earthquake report system 1 includes a seismic intensity meter 20, which detects initial tremors (P-waves) of the seismic waves to compute predictive information of earthquake and outputs an earthquake alarm signal, on the basis of the operated prediction information; and an FM multiplex display device 10, which is connected to the seismic intensity meter 20 and scroll-displays character information of FM multiplex broadcasting. The FM multiplex display device 10 is configured so as to display earthquake character information regarding the earthquake, in advance of the character information of FM multiplex broadcasting, in response to input of the earthquake alarm signal. A sound alarm means 40 which outputs sound information in response to input of the earthquake alarm signal from the seismic intensity meter 20 may also be provided.
