    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transporting decontaminated objects temporarily placed at multiple temporary storage yards to interim storage facilities fewer than those in a short period of time.SOLUTION: Roads connecting temporary storage yards to interim storage facilities are modeled, with the temporary storage yards and the interim storage facilities defined as nodes and the roads defined as links. Which decontaminated objects of any temporary storage yards are allocated to the fewer interim storage facilities are set. A congestion degree at each link is calculated by traffic simulation. On the basis of the calculation result, when a link, the congestion degree of which exceeds a targetted maximal value of the congestion degree is produced, the temporary storage yards allocated to each of the interim storage facilities are changed so as to minimize the congestion degree. The congestion degree at each link is again calculated by the traffic simulation to select a link, the congestion degree of which is improved.
