      SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for analyzing a dispersion index distribution (concentration distribution) of the atmospheric substances is provided with an air current analysis section 41 which obtains flows of air current in respective divided minute regions by numerically solving a three-dimensional advective diffusion governing equation where wind speed data and perturbation criteria corresponding to a plurality of predetermined wind direction data sets are given; and a dispersion index distribution computing means (concentration dispersion computing section 45) which obtains the dispersion index of the atmospheric substances in the above-mentioned respective divided minute regions by numerically solving a diffusion governing equation of the dispersion index under criteria of the flows of air current being extracted from an air current data storing means 18a corresponding to the predetermined wind direction data sets.
