    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device for producing spray concrete which can uniformly mix a liquid accelerator with base concrete, and can produce spray concrete with homogeneous stable properties and can spray it.SOLUTION: The spray device for producing spray concrete includes a force feeding pump 1, a base concrete supply pipe 2, a swirl flow chamber 3, a shower ring pipe 4, a liquid accelerator supply pipe 5, and a spray nozzle 6. The swirl flow chamber 3 is a cylindrical pipe, and a plurality of swirl flow formation blades 7 are arranged on a cylindrical pipe inner wall. When base concrete flowing in the base concrete supply pipe 2 collides against the swirl flow formation blades 7, the base concrete changes its flow direction to be formed into swirl flow. The shower ring pipe 4 uniformly adds the liquid accelerator to the base concrete formed into the swirl flow from a plurality of addition holes formed in a pipe inner surface periphery. Consequently, the liquid accelerator can be uniformly mixed with the base concrete.
