    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter device excellent in working easiness capable of facilitating positioning with an object to be lifted in the plane direction.
      SOLUTION: The lifter device is equipped with jacks 2 near the four corners of an elevating/sinking frame 1 having approximately a rectangular planar shape and a hang-down device 5 installed at the elevating/sinking frame 1 and is arranged to hang down and support a work W set below the frame 1 by the hang-down device 5, wherein the hang-down device 5 is formed movable in the fore-and-aft direction and width direction of the frame 1. According to this constitution, the positioning of the work W with the hang-down device 5 in the plane direction when the work W is hung down and supported by the hang-down device 5 can be established easily and properly without moving the work W, by moving the hang-down device 5 in the fore-and-aft direction and/or width direction of the frame 1, which enhances greatly the easiness in the hang-down operation of the lifter device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a lifter device for equipment used at heights such as a surveillance camera and a luminaire, since the lifting height of the equipment is no more than the height equivalent to the stroke of a telescopic boom in a conventional lifting device, if the lifting height is increased, the total height of the lifting device becomes high when it is stored, and if the total height is lowered, the lifting height is decreased.

Since the lifting device has a vertically moving means 50 to vertically move the equipment 3 between the lower movement position and the upper movement position, and holding means 60, 61 to hold the equipment 3 at the lower movement position and the upper movement position, respectively, the equipment 3 can be stored at a lower position and the lifting height of the equipment can be increased by the height elevated or lowered by the vertically moving means 50.
