摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation and to provide sharp print by dissolving non-hardened portion, i.e., non-exposed portion, of the optically insoluble photosensitive agent layer of exposed wax material with water or solvent and forming a print matrix. CONSTITUTION:When a projecting or recessed print face of matrix Y is formed on the surface of an optically insoluble photosensitive agent layer 3 through an original plate 2, protective cover 7 for the optically insoluble photosensitive agent layer 3 is removed then the original plate 2 is applied tightly onto the peeled surface of the cover 7 and exposed through a chemical lamp. Thereafter, non-exposed portion is washed off with water or organic solvent by means of a brush 9. Furthermore, water is cut off sufficiently from the surface of the optically insoluble photosensitive agent layer 3 where the non-hardened portion is removed sufficiently by means of a sponge roll 10, then hot air 11 drying is carried out. Upon finish of water washing and drying, the surface of the optically insoluble photosensitive agent layer 3 is exposed 12 again thus eliminating non-exposed portion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To mold a seal surface having a sharp shading by forming an intermediate mold of an intermediate mold material on the seal surface part of a prototype produced from a material having a photoinsolubilizing photosensitive material layer, injecting wax into the seal surface part formed in such a manner and thereby forming the seal surface part. CONSTITUTION:A master plate 2 is superposed on the surface of the photoinsolubilizing photosensitive material layer of the prototype material 3' made of the material having the photoinsolubilizing photosensitive material layer and is exposed. Unexposed parts are washed away by water to leave the exposed and cured parts in relief. The prototype 3 of the seal surface is thus formed. The intermediate mold material 9' is injected into this seal surface part to form the intermediate mold 9. The wax 11' is injected into this seal surface part to form the seal surface part of the wax matrix 11 for seals. The wax matrix is thus easily formed and the seal having the sharp shading is formed.
