And, degree of stitches for the knitted fabric is controlled by regulating needle retraction so that a target feed yarn tension set in a feed yarn tension setter coincide with the value from the feed yarn tension detector 15.

When stroboscopic emission occurs, the output signal of the engaging time order part is selectively transmitted to the driving part of engaging pin.
