摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device for hanger goods sorting trolley, which can preclude each item from swinging when it is loaded on the sorting trolley and can engage each hook for goods certainly with one hanging piece of the trolley. SOLUTION: A loading device for a hanger goods sorting trolley is equipped with a loading conveyor 9, which transports each item W of goods to the facing position to one hanging piece 7 of the sorting trolley stopping in the loading position, and a plurality of grasping units 10 which are fitted with a pair of pawls 22 opening and closing in the transporting direction of the conveyor 9 and can advance and retreat in the direction aslant up and down approx. perpendicular to the traveling path of the trolley, whereby a hook F is grasped by the pawls 22 and lifted from the hook holding part 12 of the conveyor 9, followed by hand-over to the applicable hanging piece of the trolley.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently replace an empty pallet occurring on a picking shelf by a real pallet. SOLUTION: A truck provided with a pallet transferring fork travels along a picking shelf. A pallet is journalled on a pallet loading frame 22 transversely linked with a column of the picking shelf, and a given space is secured under the frame. The pallet transferring fork has an upper fork 24 and a lower fork 25. The pallet transferring fork can be lifted up and down in relation to the truck, and can be moved back and forth in relation to the picking shelf. An interval between the upper fork 24 and the lower fork 25 is more than the sum of the height of the pallet loading frame 22 of the picking shelf and the height of the pallet. Therefore, the upper fork 24 and the lower fork 25, in the state that they respectively journal pallets, can intrude the pallet journalled by the upper fork 24 above the pallet loading frame 22, and can intrude the pallet journalled by the lower fork 25 under the pallet loading frame 22.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger item separating device in which overlapping of hooks of hanger items continuously supplied from the upstream side is eliminated in the middle of horizontal transport of the hanger items, and in which the hanger items are securely separated from each other to be fed to the downstream side. SOLUTION: A device is composed of a carrier screw 4, rotated and driven with a rotation axial line set roughly horizontal, comprising a storage carrying zone (a) in which a shallow spiral groove of an arc-shaped cross sectional surface is formed in an outer circumferential surface, and in which the maximum radius of the outer circumferential surface is smaller than a radius of curvature on the inner side of a hook F of a hanger item W, and a separation carrying zone (b) which is provided to be continuous with the storage carrying zone (a) on the downstream side in a carrying direction, and in which a deep spiral groove capable of suspending only one hook F of the hanger item W is formed for every pitch continuous with the spiral groove in the storage carrying zone (a). Overlapping of the hooks F of the hanger items W with each other is thus eliminated in the storage carrying zone (a), and the hanger items W are securely separated from each other in the separation carrying zone (b) after that to be fed one by one from the downstream end of it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate rotation of a hook of a hanger article around a vertical axis by providing a hook holding part forming a roughly V shaped support surface to hold the hook of the hanger article in a state of regulating rotation of it around the vertical axis on an outer plate on the upper side of a chain to be driven to circulate, endlessly. SOLUTION: A carrier interval P of a hook of a hanger article is made an interval of an odd number of times of a pitch of a chain 2 to be driven to endlessly circulate, a hook holding part 3 is installed on an upper surface of an outer plate 11 on the upper side of the chain 2, and a roughly V shaped support surface 3A to suspend a hook F of the hanger article in a state of regulating rotation around the vertical axis is furnished. Such the hook holding part 3 holds the hook F at an immediate above position of a center in the carrier direction of an inner plate 10 from both sides. Consequently, it is possible to reduce oscillation of the hanger article in the middle of carriage.
