    • PURPOSE:To prevent piping defect from being generated in a step difference part of the inside surface after ironing, by using an ironing die having two working surfaces of ironing, bringing a punching surface to cold ironing, and thereafter, bringing the whole inside surface of a through-hole to cold ironing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of executing cold ironing of a through-hole inside surface 12 of forged parts having a step difference of pierced surface 14 and a punched surface 16, to the through-hole inside surface 12, an ironing action of two stages is executed. That is to say, a first ironing working surface 32 of an ironing die 22 does not work at all or scarcely works on the pierced surface 14, and brings only the punched surface 16 to ironing. As a result, the step difference which has existed between the punched surface 16 and the pierced surface 14 is dissipated, and thereafter, a second ironing working surface 40 brings the whole through-hole inside surface 12 including the pierced surface 14 and the punched surface 16, to ironing. The ironing by the second ironing working surface 40 is executed after the step difference has been dissipated by the ironing by the first ironing working surface 32, therefore, cold ironing can be executed without generating a piping defect.

    • PURPOSE:To easily execute the alignment of a hole and an ironing die, and also, to prevent a flaw from being generated under a stepped part of a through- hole due to ironing, by fixing the ironing die in which the lower part of a guide part is an ironing working surface, to the lower die, and bringing the through-hole of forged parts to ironing from down to up. CONSTITUTION:A head part of an ironing die die 24 is a guide part 28 consisting of a projecting line 26 which is fitted loosely into three roller groove holes 14 of constant velocity joint parts 10, and its lower part becomes a working surface 32 for ironing. When this ironing die 24 is attached to the lower die, the upper die is position in the top dead center, and the lower end of a through- hole 16 of the constant velocity joint parts 10 is inserted through the guide part 28 of the ironing die 24 and placed on, the roller groove hole 14 and the ironing die 24 are aligved exactly. Subsequently, when the upper die is allowed to descend and the constant velocity joint part 10 are pushed down in the lower direction, the ironing working surface 32 of the ironing die 24 moves from down to up through the hole inside surface of the through-hole 16, and ironing is executed. Accordingly, a large seam flaw is not generated in the lower part of the stepped part of the hole inside surface.

    • PURPOSE:To better the operability in crawl running and to restrain the cost-up to the min. extent as well by providing the speed controller performing the ON/OFF control of a motor and fly wheel brake by detecting the number of revolutions of the motor. CONSTITUTION:The speed controller 1 measuring the number of revolutions of an AC motor by having a tachogenerator, etc., is provided and the number of revolution of the AC motor are controlled based on preset number of revolutions of a normal running time and the upper and lower limit number of revolutions of a crawl running time. If the operation mode is switched to crawling the running of the AC motor 2 is turned off by the speed controller 1, a fly wheel brake 15 is turned on and the fly wheel 5 is reduced at its speed. When the number of revolution of the AC motor become in the lower limit number of revolutions by the running or friction loss the AC motor 2 is turned on, and off by running until the upper limit number of revolutions. Consequently the crawl running can be performed with good operability and the cost-up by additional device can also be restrained to the min. extent.
