    • PURPOSE:To use ball screws of various pitches by calculating moving quantity in each pulse of a servomotor, causing the target position command and the position of a movable stand to be one to one and positioning the movable stand according to the target position command. CONSTITUTION:A machine tool is activated and a calculated position number is read from a sequence controller 50. Then, a target position OP of a table 40, which corresponds to the number, is retrieved. The retrieved target position is transformed to a control target position COP by an expression I and outputted to a servocontroller 20 and a servomotor 41 is driven. In order to display the absolute position of the table 40, an output E of a detecting device 45 is read and transformed to an absolute position DOP for display by an expression II. Then, the absolute position is externally displayed by a data input / output device 13. After that, it is investigated whether the control target position COP is equal with the target position OP or not. When the positions are equal, processing is finished. Thus, the input / output device 13 can make the absolute position of a table to be displayed and the absolute position of the table 40 correspondent one to one.

    • PURPOSE:To cause a coordinate system, which controls a positioning position, to be one and to easily grasp the present position by providing a data storing means, a correcting register, an initial value setting means, a correction quantity setting means, a correction commanding means and a target position setting means. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 1 to receive a command from a sequence controller 20 inputs initial correction quantity from a data input device 3 at an initial setting step and sets the initial correction quantity to a correcting register CQR. Next, a selection point number in an NCD area is inputted and the correction quantity of this number is added and subtracted at a correction quantity setting step. Then, the correction quantity is stored in the register CRQ. After that, it is decided whether this value is in a use limit or not. When the value goes over the limit, a target point number in the NCD area is inputted and operation is moved to a correction commanding step. Then, it is decided whether there is a correcting flag in this number or not. When there is the correcting flag, the value of the CRQ is added to this value at a target position setting step and stored in a target position register OPR. After that, positioning control is executed until the value of a present position register APR goes to be the value of the OPR.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of positioning control after the resumption of servo ON by minimizing the dropping amounts (moving amounts in a gravitational direction) due to gravity of a control shaft in a servo OFF time due to emergency stop, and performing position control after the resumption of the operation by using the position where the control shaft is present in the servo OFF time as a reference. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a means for continuing servo lock in an ON state until an electromagnetic brake built in a servo motor is allowed to sufficiently function when an emergency stop instruction is applied to a pulse distributing part and a means for turning the servo lock into an ON state in almost the same timing as that in which the electromagnetic brake is turned OFF when an operation resumption command is applied to the pulse distributing part. Thus, it is possible to minimize the dropping amounts of the control shaft. Also, this system is provided with a means for temporarily storing the present position just before the servo OFF in a memory in the servo OFF time and a means for performing automatic restoration to the position where the control shaft is present in the servo OFF time by using the storage position as a target position when the operation resumption command is applied, and the servo ON is restored again.
