摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the holding of a balance weight by providing a plurality of extension parts on a handle connected to an opening/closing mechanism of a door and by fixing a balance weight to, at least, two points of them. SOLUTION: Lock parts 30a formed in the both ends of a balance weight 30 are engaged with a fitting hole 45a and a holding part, 45b of the balance weight of a handle arm 45 via retainer 90 so that the weight of the balance weight 30 is distributed to the fitting hole 45a and the holding part 45b of the balance weight and therefore, the lock parts 30a hold just the approximately half of the whole weight of the balance weight 30. The moment generated by the dead load of the balance weight 30 is small compared with that of a cantilever type balance weight. The balance weight holding part 45b is prevented from being slipped off in the opening direction by the retainer 90 so that the balance weight 30 can be stably held. The axial direction of the balance weight 30 can be set longer by the interval of the handle arm 45 so that its outer diameter can be set sufficiently narrow.
