摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for providing an equipment of two sets of machines so as to reduce floor space, by point symmetrically drilling holes, whose axial lines tilt in two directions with respect to a machined surface of a work, turning the work by 180 deg. in the same machined surface. CONSTITUTION:A work W is pressed to be supported by clampers 8 and clamping pins 7 so that the work moves rotating in a direction of the axial line at a right angle with a tilt surface 3. Drilling in one direction is performed by tools 12 on machining heads 10 serving for multi spindles. Next the work W is turned 180 deg.C about the axial line, placed at a right angle with a tilt surface part 5, serving as the center by an actuator unit 13, and drilling in the other direction is performed. Accordingly, tilt holes in the two directions can be drilled by the same machine.

CONSTITUTION:This jig has a pallet body 2, a locating pin 32, a clamper 43, a spring 44, and a roller 42. In the state where the clamper 43 is lifted, the pinhole P3 of a piston P is inserted into the locating pin 32 and the top P2 is pressed with the clamper 43 to fix the piston P. By this method, independently of the length of the skirt part P1 of the piston P, the height position of the pinhole P3 can be held constant.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize die-stamping force, by providing a weight for exerting a gravitational force on a punch for stamping a work with a die, engaging pawls for displacing the weight upward in engagement therewith, a reciprocating driving means for the pawls, and releasing means for lowering the weight. CONSTITUTION:With a work 11 fed into a die-stamping station by a roller conveyor 13, a reciprocating driving means 7 is operated to move engaging pawls 6 upward. At this time, the pawls 6 are opened due to an offset of the center of gravity, and engaged with an engaging projection 23 of a weight 5, so that the weight 5 is simultaneously drawn upward. With the weight 5 moved upward, a tip part of a releasing means 8 is inserted between the left and right engaging pawls 6 to make contact with weight rollers 24 and open the rollers 24 to both sides, so that the engaging pawls 6 are closed with fulcrum pins 22 as fulcrums, and are thereby disengaged from the engaging projection 23. At this moment, the weight 5 falls under its own weight to impinge on a punch 4, thereby stamping the work 11 with a die.
