    • PURPOSE: To prevent a high boiling point fraction of liquid fuel from sticking to an adsorbing material and thereby to prevent deterioration of the adsorbing material, by providing a separating chamber for separating a vapor phase from a liquid phase in a passage leading from a tank port communicated with a fuel tank to the adsorbing material, and thereby permitting vaporized fuel only to be introduced to the adsorbing material in a canister.
      CONSTITUTION: There is provided a second partition wall 20 connected to a casing 10 at both ends thereof between an opening portion inside of the casing of a tank port 13 of the casing 10 and a first diffusion chamber 12 on an inlet side in a canister. Further, a separator chamber 21 which the tank port 13 is opened into is formed between the second partition wall 20 and the casing 11. The second partition wall 20 is provided with a first passage 22 communicated with the first diffusion chamber 12. Liquid fuel as flown in upon rapid turning of a vehicle is introduced to the separator chamber 21, and vaporized fuel only is adsorbed through the first passage 22 to an adsorbing material 10. Therefore, the adsorbing material 10 is not deteriorated by the liquid fuel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a molten-metal injecting sleeve and a plunger, and to miniaturize and simplify a cylinder device for a plunger. SOLUTION: A metallic mold 6 for die-cast molding is provided with a flow dividing dam 17 around the vicinity of a runner inlet 9a and provided with a catching cavity 18 around the flow dividing dam 17. The runner inlet 9a is formed so as to be almost blocked with a plunger front-end part 16a, and a pressurizing plunger is provided so as to be projectable and retractable in a product cavity. Molten metal 30 injected from an injecting sleeve 15 collides with the flow dividing dam 17 and is divided into an impurity layer 30a and a clean layer 30b. The divided clean layer 30b is poured into the product cavity through a runner 9. The divided impurity layer 30a is caught by a catching cavity 19. After the runner inlet 9a is almost blocked with the plunger front-end part 16a, when the poured clean layer 30b begins to solidify, the pressurizing plunger is projected into the product cavity to pressurize the clean layer 30b.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for core pin in a metallic mold which has good releasability from the metallic mold even in the case of making a draft zero regardless of the surface roughness and the surface area of the core pin.
      SOLUTION: The core pin in divided into two pieces in the axial direction and the divided surfaces 5a, 5b are formed as tapered surfaces mutually contacting, and the two divided core pieces 5, 6 can be taken out from a hole by inserting into and taking out the pieces from both sides of the metallic molds 2, 3, respectively, and thus the releasability from the metallic mold can be improved without forming the draft regardless of the surface roughness and the surface area of the core pin. Machining for hole in a part after casting therefore is unnecessary and a cost can be reduced.

SOLUTION: A die casting molding method is is disclosed for performing casting by pouring the molten metal 30 injected from an injection sleeve 15 by shifting of an injection plunger 16 into the cavity for product in a die 6 through a runner 9 in the die 6. The die 6 is provided with a branching weir 17 at the circumference near the inlet 9a of the runner, a capturing cavity 18 around the branching weir 17 and an air-vent 20 communicating with the catching cavity 18. The molten metal 30 is branched into an impurity layer 30a and a clean layer 30b at the outer peripheral part by bumping the molten metal 30 injected from the injection sleeve 15 against the branching weir 17. The branched clean layer 30b is poured into the cavity for product through the runner 9, and the branched impurity layer 30a at the outer peripheral part is captured into the capturing cavity 18.
