    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the sealability to be generated from the difference in the deflection load by setting the deflection load for a seal wall of extruded body to be die-connected to be approximately same as that for a seal wall of a die-formed part. SOLUTION: A weather strip comprises an extruded body and a die-formed part 2. The connection and support position 5a of a seal wall 9 by a cabin-side wall 5 of the dieformed part 2 approximately agrees with the connection and support position of a seal wall by a bridge part of the extruded body. The wall thickness of the die-formed part 2 is set so that a main part of the cabin side of the cabin side wall 5 of the die-formed part 2 is located toward the end on the external side from the cabin side of the cabin side wall of the extruded body. The seal wall 9 of the die-formed part 2 receives an upper edge of a door glass 40 with the span Sw between the connection and support positions 5a, 8b which is approximately equal to the span between the connection and support positions of the seal wall of the extruded body, and seals it.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict cost rise and prevent appearance quality from being lowered in a weather strip provided with a surface processed layer. SOLUTION: A mirror bracket 1 is provided with a metal bracket base material 3, and its top is coated by an elastic member 6. The elastic member 6 is provided with a base 7 with the cross section in the almost U-shaped and a pair of lips 8 extending from the tip end of the base. An edge part of a door glass 10 is stored in a storage part 9 inside the elastic member 6. And the car inside and the car outside of the door glass 10 are sealed by the lip 8, respectively. An inner wall of the storage part 9 as well as an inner wall 16 and an outer wall 14 of the lip 8 are coated by a surface processed layer 12 of a predetermined film thickness. On the other hand, an outer wall of the base 7 is not coated. On the outer wall of the base 7 and the outer wall 14 of the lip 8 are given crimp processing in the satin finished state as a surface irregularity processing in advance to be brought close to glaze and color of the surface processed layer 12.     • PURPOSE:To provide a glass run which can assemble a seal portion without deformation and the lowering of retaining force even if there is unevenness in the shape size of a door frame, in the case of a glass run which is equipped with a trim portion fitted to the flange of the door frame and a hollow seal portion that is connected to the trim portion and is retained at the channel portion of the door frame. CONSTITUTION:A trim portion 51 of a U shaped section fitted to the flange 21 of a door frame 2, a hollow seal portion 52 retained at the channel portion 22 of the door frame 2 are connected to each other by means of a flexible connection portion 58 that connects in a slantingly longitudinal direction the upper end of the vehicle outside of the trim portion 51 to the lower end of the vehicle inside of the base portion 53 of the seal portion 52 which forms a U shaped section.
