The variation of the amplitude is detected by a first and second amplitude detecting parts 29, 30, respectively. When an output voltage of this detecting part 29, and an output voltage of the detecting part 30 are denoted as V1 and V2, respectively, the voltage V1 and the voltage V2 are inputted to a non-inversion input terminal of an operational amplifier 34 of a comparing/amplifying circuit 31, and its inversion input terminal, respectively, and a difference (V1 - V2) of both the voltages is amplified by a differential amplifying circuit, and outputted as an output voltage V3 from an output terminal.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the amount of liquid in a container, in which relationship between the height of the liquid surface and the amount of the liquid is nonlinear, accurately, by changing the winding density of a coil in a coarse winding part in the coil comprising a dense winding part and the coarse winding part, continuously or stepwise. CONSTITUTION:Liquid 2 is put into a container 1, in which the cross section is changed in the direction of a height H. Then an amount Q of the liquid increases nonlinearly with the increase in height (h) of the liquid level. Then, a conductor ring 8 in a sensing part A also rises up. A coil 7 is wound around a core so that the winding density of a coarse winding part 15 of the coil 7 is changed continuously or stepwise in the direction of the height H of the container. The mutual inductance between the ring 8 and the coil 7 is also changed nonlinearly. The degree of the change in winding density of the coarse winding part 15 is set so that the differential coefficient at the same liquid-level height (h) satisfies ¦dQ/dh¦=¦dL/dh¦. Therefore, the output of a converter circuit B, which converts the inductance L into a voltage and the like, and the liquid amount Q have the linear relationship. The liquid amount, which is displayed on a display part C, agrees with the liquid amount Q in the container 1.

CONSTITUTION:When a pulse voltage Va is outputted from a pulse oscillation circuit 26, a pulse voltage Vb is developed at the output terminal Q of an FF circuit 27 and a pulse voltage Vc is generated at the output terminal, the inversion of Q, but the voltage Vb is 1 and the voltage Vc is 0 when the voltage Va rises. Then, the voltage Vb is applied to an LR series circuit 30 through a transistor (TR) 28 and the rising of the voltage Vb is delayed at the circuit 30 corresponding to the inductance of a coil 16, so a voltage Ve applied to a resistance 29 has a slow rising waveform. When the voltage applied to the resistance 29 reaches the reference voltage Vs of a comparator 31, the comparator 31 outputs a pulse Vd, which is inputted to the input terminal R of the circuit 27. At this time, 0 appears at a terminal S and then the terminal Q of the circuit 27 is in a 0 state, so the voltage Vb applied to the coil 16 is cut off and the liquid level is detected accurately.

    • PURPOSE:To make the fluctuation of a voltage outputted by an output correction circuit cancel the fluctuation of the swing of a guidline and to realize the precise operation of the guidline by providing the output correction circuit to an L-V conversion circuit. CONSTITUTION:By magnetic flux occurring around a coil 16, electromagnetic induction occurs to a conductive ring and an over current loss occurs. Since the density of the magnetic flux which is perpendicular to the conductive ring is different according to the relative position of the coil 16 and the conductive ring and the over current loss is also different, the inductance of the coil 16 is changed by the movement of the conductive ring. Besides, since a close coiling part is successively provided to the upper part of the rough coiling part of the coil 16, the distribution of the magnetic flux becomes the asymmetry of top and bottom. Therefore, the inductance of the coil 16 becomes the largest when the conductive ring is situated at a bottom end and it is decreased almost in a straight line according as the ring is moved upward. Then, the voltage VX outputted by the L-V conversion circuit B is outputted to an indicator D as an outputted voltage VM after it is amplified by the output correction circuit C.

Subsequently, a cylindrical part 24 for covering the substrate 2 and a switch member 5, and a connector housing 26 which is opened in the protruding direction of a connecting terminal 8 of the assembly and covers the connector 6 inserted from its opening part in an adherence state are formed integrally. Therefore, when the connector 6 is inserted from the opening part of this housing 26, this connector 6 and the housing 26 become a state that there is no clearance.
