    • PURPOSE:To secure airtightness between a liquid leakage inspecting device for brake hose, etc., and the mouthpiece of a hose when the device is press-contacted with the mouthpiece and an inspection fluid is led into the hose so as to prevent wrong discrimination by providing a means which applies tension to the hose in the device. CONSTITUTION:A brake hose W is suspended by means of the suspending click 13 of a supporting base 13 and the base 8 is moved to an inspecting position side by energizing a tension applying cylinder 11. As a result, the base 8 comes to the inspecting position. When the base 8 comes to the position, the hose W becomes almost straight due to the tension applied by the energized cylinder 11. Therefore, when a fluid leading port 5 comes into contact with the mouthpiece of the hose W, both of them are tightly adhered to each other. Then the rod 4a of a cylinder 4 for sealing protrudes and a fluid leading means 5 moves toward the base 8 holding the mouthpiece Wa. As a result, an airtight condition is maintained between the means 5 and mouthpiece Wa and, when a liquid is led into the hose for inspection, no liquid leakage occurs due to wrong connection. The connected state can be discriminated by means of a sensor 12.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent wasteful use of time so as to prevent a decline in inspection accuracy following the wasteful time by immediately stopping a fluid leakage inspec tion when a large amount of air leakage occurs caused by wrong setting of an object to be measured, etc. CONSTITUTION:After all valves are closed and a reference tank 12 is filled up with air pressurized to about an inspection pressure (14kg/cm ), an object to be inspected (brake hose W, etc.) is put between communicating tubes 1 and both ends of the hose W are closed by means of a cylinder 2 for sealing actuated by means of a control circuit 16. Then air pressurized to a prescribed pressure is supplied from an air supplying source 6 into the hose W through one of the tubes 1 through a by-pass tube 13 and the inside of the hose W is maintained at the inspection pressure. After the inside of the hose W is maintained at the inspection pressure, the tank 12 is communicated with the hose W by opening a solenoid valve 7 and the flow rate is measured with a flow meter 8. When a large amount of air flows out from the tank 12, the connection is discriminated as imperfect and the inspection is stopped. When the flow rate is small, a solenoid valve 14 is closed and the acceptance of the hose W is discriminated from the amount of the flow rate by measuring the flow rate.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of an operator by holding a cover of a casing of a main body in the closed state by means of a holding member against an urging means, and releasing the holding when the processing of the work is finished. CONSTITUTION:A brake hose W is placed on a work supporting member 4. A cover 2 is closed against the urging force of an opening spring 11. A magnet 9 attracts a suction face 8. While the cover 2 is held in the closed state, a leak in a casing 1 is inspected. A knock-out cylinder 5 is driven at the final process to project a rod 5a. In consequence, the brake hose W is pushed slantwise upward by a discharge manipulating face 6b in accordance with the upward movement of a releasing means 6, and dropped and discharged from on the supporting member 4. An operating bar 7 is pushed up by a manipulating face 6a and the suction face 8 of the cover 2 is separated from the magnet 9. Therefore, the cover 2 is opened by the urging force of the spring 11. Since the cover 2 is automatically opened after the work is completely processed, the burden of the operator is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To enable inspection of a large number of workpieces with high precision and in a short time and to enable classification of the inspected workpieces into the conforming and nonconforming articles by arranging supporting and holding elements and first collecting elements with a distance equal to a space between right and left clamps set between them respectively. CONSTITUTION:Supporting and holding elements 56, 57 and first collecting elements 60, 61 are arranged with a distance equal to a space between right and left clamps 43 and 44 set between them respectively. When one clamp 43 is disposed at a position of supply, therefore, the other clamp 44 is disposed at a position of inspection, while the clamp 44 is disposed at a position of collection when one clamp 43 is disposed at the position of inspection. Accordingly, the two clamps 43 and 44 can carry a pair of workpieces to subsequent processes simultaneously and efficiently respectively with one stroke of a carriage 33. Since the first collecting elements 60, 61 and a second collecting element 64 are provided, in addition, it is possible to classify inspected workpieces into good and bad ones and to collect them in an orderly manner.
