    • PURPOSE:To inhibit cutting of tape material and to enhance productive efficiency of a rubber material preparatory device by pinching the tape material with a screw and a reverse rotated feed roller and controlling the rotation rate of the feed roller and the screw in accordance with thickness, width and hardness of the tape material. CONSTITUTION:In the case of supplying tape material T to the screw 4 of a rubber material preparatory device from an introduction port 3, tape material T is always pinched with this screw 4 and a feed roller 21 reversely rotated and driven therefor and drawn into a cylinder 2 and smoothly and forcibly supplied into the cylinder 2. Therefore at a time for supplying tape material T, levitation of tape material T resulting from back pressure of rubber material at a time for kneading and carrying is prevented. Furthermore the feed roller 21 is rotated at the circumferential velocity of arbitrary constant rate for the screw 4 by an encoders 27, 36, a controlling device 33 consisting of a rate setter 34 and a controller 35 and a driving motor 25 in accordance with thickness, width and hardness of tape material T. This tape material T is supplied into the cylinder 2 at proper feed rate.

    • PURPOSE:To improve durability of a tackiness preventing effect by performing knurling work of a metal column member in its peripheral surface and cutting a formed protruding part then performing a plating process in the periphery of the column member, in the case of manufacture for a roller or the like feeding a thin thickness rubber sheet to a punching machine. CONSTITUTION:Knurling work is performed of a column member 6 except its shaft part. Here a formed recessed part 2 is set in its depth H to about 0.4 to 1.55mm. Next the formed recessed part 2 cuts its protrusion part in the peripheral edge to be removed by cutting work with one part of the peripheral surface of the column member 6. Thus a sharp angular part 12 is formed in the peripheral edge of the recessed part 2. Here the recessed part 2 is set in its depth D to about 0.3mm. And the column member 6, applying to its peripheral surface electroplating, forms a plating layer 4. Thickness t2 of the plating layer is set to about 0.03 to 0.05mm. By this constitution, durability can be improved of a tackiness preventing effect.

CONSTITUTION:The outline dimensions of an expanded workpiece 30 are detected with a second outline dimension detecting means 18, while the outline dimensions of a workpiece 20 just after the extrusion from the die 6 of an extrusion molder 1 are detected with a first outline dimension detecting means 8. By comparing the detected outline dimensions with the standard outline dimensions, and correcting the dimensional change due to foaming, the extrusion standard corrected dimensions is obtained corresponding to which the corrected speed is determined. The rotational frequency of the screw 3 of the extrusion molder 1 is determined on the basis of the corrected speed corresponding to the extrusion standard corrected dimensions through a screw controlling means 27.
