摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of a connecting part due to thermal expansion in a spacer by connecting a coil terminal to the connecting part to be installed in a terminal, and connecting a coil body and the connecting part to each other via the spacer, while engaging the coil terminal in the midway leading to the connecting part, with an engaging part installed in a terminal base. SOLUTION: In a coil unit 90 of a solenoid for a capacity control valve, a bobbin, a terminal base 93 and an insulating coat 102 expand by the operating heat in the solenoid or the like, thereby a space between connecting parts 94a, 95a and a coil body 92a tends to wider. However, since a coil 92 is made of a metal of a low expansion coefficient, and both the terminals 92b and 92c do not expand in spite of ambient temperature rise a thermal stress generates in resin members 91, 93 and 102, whereby these terminals 92b and 92c of the coil 92 are tensed up. At this time, as the terminals 92b and 92c are rolled on fixed pieces 97 and 98 in the midway leading to the connecting parts 94a and 95a, load acting on these connecting parts 94a and 95a is lightened, thus disconnection is obviated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of the thickness of the swash plate as mush as possible irrespective of a surface treatment applied to the swash plate for the purpose of improving such properties as burning resistance between the swash plate and shoe. SOLUTION: A wash plate type compression machine is formed of a swash plate 23, a single-heated piston disposed at the rear side of the swash plate 23, and a pair of shoes 37 slidably in contact with both surfaces of the outer periphery 92 of the swash plate 23 such that an end portion 36b of the piston 36 is connected thereto. Both surfaces of the outer periphery 92 of the swash plate are provided with a front layer 93 and a first rear layer 94 as a flame sprayed layer of a copper material. As for the rear side of the swash plate only, a second rear layer 95 (solid lubricant layer) where a solid lubricant such as molybdenum disulfide partially exists is coated on a surface of the first rear layer 94. In this case, the film thickness of the second rear layer 95 is controlled in accordance with the outermost surface of the front layer 93 in the manufacturing process of the swash plate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity compressor which can prevent the fluid motion of a refrigerant between the pressure sensing chamber side and the valve chamber side of a capacity control valve. SOLUTION: In this compressor, a capacity control valve 49 adjusts the opening of an air supply passage 48 by sensing pressure of inlet refrigerant gas introduced to a pressure sensing chamber 58 through a pressure sensing passage 50. An O-ring 71 is fitted and fixed in a storage groove 61a recessed in the inner circumferential surface of a pressure sensing rod penetrating hole 61 and brought into pressure contact with the peripheral surface of a pressure sensing rod 61. Therefore, a pressure sensing rod 62 is sealed by the O-ring 71, and in the inside of the capacity control valve 49, the communicating of a valve hole 55 with the pressure sensing chamber 58 through a clearance K between the pressure sensing rod penetrating hole 61 and the pressure sensing rod 62 is disconnected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate to effect excellent quenching prevented from the occurrence of breakage and melting during quenching of a friction surface with a drive shaft or a thrust bearing. SOLUTION: A protrusion part 56 formed on the central surface of the rear surface of a swash plate 27 and a hole 28 is formed through the protrusion part 56. A stepped part 56a is formed in a spot corresponding to the end part of the hole 28 of the protrusion part 56. High frequency quenching treatment is applied on the surface of the outer peripheral surface of the hole 28 and the surface of the protrusion part 56. During quenching treatment, a first coil 77 formed in a helical shape is arranged in the hole 28 in a state to be inserted therein through the opposite side to the protrusion part 56, and a second coil 78 having a surface part 56a formed in a helical state is arranged in a position corresponding to the surface of the protrusion part 56. In the tow coils 77 and 78, high frequency currents are carried and after the peripheral surface of the hole 28 and the surface of the protrusion part 56 are heated, the peripheral surface and the surface are rapidly cooled by cooling liquid to effect quenching.

When the inclination angle of a swash plate 23 to bring a cut-off valve 30 into contact with a positioning surface 35 is minimized, the check valve 52 is closed and refrigerant gas in the discharge chamber 132 flows out to an external refrigerant circuit 45.

The heat generated by the oil pump 12 of the hydraulic operating circuit 11 is exchanged from the operating oil to the cooling water for cooling the engine 21 by the heat exchanger 39 to be utilized for the heating of a car interior.

Delivery coolant gas led to a delivery pressure chamber 69 is supplied from the opened valve hole 68d to a crank chamber through an air feed port 68b and the air feeding passage 47, a inclination angle of a swash plate and piston stroke are contracted by pressure difference between intake pressure, the operation of the compressor is shifted to an intermediate capacity operation.
