A shoulder supporting mechanism 13 is supported in vertically movable ways onto a guide rails 15 arranged on the standing-seat frame 5 of the buttocks supporting mechanism 3. A link type vertical interlocking mechanism 23 is arranged among the buttocks supporting mechanism 3, shoulder supporting mechanism 13, and the standing-seat stay 2. Said vertical interlocking mechanism 23 allows the buttocks supporting mechanism 3 and the shoulder supporting mechanism 13 to operate in vertical interlocking ways with a transfer stroke ratio determined through the human engineering. Said transfer stroke ratio is determined for example with an average ratio between the buttocks height and the shoulder height of a man in average.

These mechanisms 3, 4 are connected by the link 30 capable of relative vertical motion and locked by a lock cylinder 29 to an intended interval after adjusted.
