    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good molding characteristics and a coated film having good impact resistance by coating a metallic sheet with a polytrimethylene terephthalate film which has a melting point of a specified range, a specified degree of cystallization or lower, and is nonorientational. SOLUTION: A polyester film, which has a main body of polytrimethylene terephthalate, and has a melting point of 190-230 deg.C, a degree of crystallization of 90% or lower measured by a differential scanning calorimeter, and is nonorientational coats at least one surface of a metallic sheet. The polyester having a main body of polytrimethylene terephthalate is a polyester containing 75 mol.% or more trimethyleneterephthalate units with respect to the total polyester in the polyester film. Thought the polyester film in this constitution has the low degree of crystallization and is nonorientational, it has good resistance to impact and is hard to generate cracks even if drop impact is applied even after backing finish or retort processing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of a resin by providing a structure electrically insulating a polymer melt part and a die part and preventing the electrolytic deterioration of a molten resin generated by the giving and receiving of electrons between an extruded resin and a die. SOLUTION: An insulating connection pipe 2 having a ceramic coat layer of which the inner surface is subjected to sealing treatment by an inorg. sealant is attached between a polymer melt part 6 having an extruder and a die part 7 produced from carbon steel by combining an adaptor 3 and a bolt 4. As mentioned above, the polymer melt part 6 and the die part 7 are electrically insulated and, since the vicinity of the lower end part of the emitting orifice of the lip inner surface of the die part 7 and the surface coming into contact with the open air of a lip are metal surfaces and have no ceramic coat layer, precise polishing and grinding can be performed by a careful processing method using a diamond grindstone so as to have surface roughness, straightness and an edge angle high in dimensional accuracy necessary for molding a resin film.
