    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material for electromagnetic wave shielding capable of raising transparency of an electromagnetic wave shielding member manufactured finally, and capable of immediately judging the quality of an etching process for dealing with the deterioration of the transparency based on etching failure in a manufacturing process of the electromagnetic wave shielding member, to provide the electromagnetic wave shielding member, and to provide a manufacturing method of them.
      SOLUTION: The laminated material for electromagnetic wave shielding comprises a base material sheet 4, an adhesive layer 3 formed on the surface of the base material sheet 4, a metal foil 10, and a surface processing layer 2 formed on an at least one surface of the metal foil 10. The base material sheet 4 is fixedly mounted on the surface processing layer 2 via the adhesive layer 3. The manufacturing method of the laminated material for electromagnetic wave shielding comprises a process of forming the surface processing layer 2 on the one surface of the material foil 10, a process of forming the adhesive layer 3 on the surface of the base material sheet 4, and a process of fixedly mounting the base material sheet 10 on the surface processing layer 2 via the adhesive layer 3.
