摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum packaging material, a vacuum packaging body, and a manufacturing method which are simple at a low cost without using any double bag or special device. SOLUTION: A breathable thin film 12 is fixed to an inner surface of one opening part 11a of a cylindrical barrier property laminate film 11 which side edges 13a and 13b heat-sealed. The content is inserted from the other opening part 11b of the vacuum packaging material 10, heat-sealed, and evacuated. The inside of the vacuum packaging material 10 is evacuated from the breathable thin film 12 of one opening part 11a. Then, one opening part 11a is heat-sealed.

The base material sheet 4 is fixedly mounted on the surface processing layer 2 via the adhesive layer 3. The manufacturing method of the laminated material for electromagnetic wave shielding comprises a process of forming the surface processing layer 2 on the one surface of the material foil 10, a process of forming the adhesive layer 3 on the surface of the base material sheet 4, and a process of fixedly mounting the base material sheet 10 on the surface processing layer 2 via the adhesive layer 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaging laminate which has tamper-proof function and which is easy to open for allowing smooth opening by providing, on a base material, a heat-bonding layer containing a specific amount of a linear low density polyethylene resin and a specific amount of polybutene-1 resin. SOLUTION: The packaging laminate 1 comprises a base material 2 and a heat-bonding layer 3. A blended resin comprising 15 to 87 wt.% of a linear low density polyethylene resin and 13 to 85 wt.% of polybutene-1 resin may be used as the heat-bonding layer 3. If the linear low density polyethylene resin is less than 15 wt.% or higher than 87 wt.%, good adhesion and characteristics cannot be obtained, resulting in problems in easiness in unsealing. In order to make such a blended resin into a film, the film is formed by an inflation extruder for example. When the laminate 1 is to be used as a lid material or a bag, a total thickness should be 100 μm or less from the viewpoints of flexibility and cost, while when it is used as molded multiple containers, a total thickness should be 2 mm or less in terms of moldability and cost.
