    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat utilization factor of a waste heat fluid by using a non-azeotropic fluid having a lower boiling point than that of a water as a medium for generating the vapor by heat exchanging with the fluid in the case of generating a vapor by a vapor generator using a waste heat as a heat source and heat exchanging its thermal energy to be used. SOLUTION: In the case of using, for example, an aqueous ammonia solution having a concentration of 45% as a medium (non-azeotropic fluid) for generating a vapor by heat exchanging with a waste heat fluid, the ammonia solution starts evaporating at about 50 deg.C and becomes a vapor phase area at about 135 deg.C. Then, a vapor generator 1 such as a boiler or the like is installed in a vapor generating area, the waste heat fluid from a thermal power plant or the like is supplied via a piping (a), heat exchanged with the ammonia solution flowing in a heat transfer tube to evaporate the solution. The generated vapor is supplied to a plurality of heat exchangers 2 such as air handling units or the like via a piping (g). A drain after its condensation is circulated to the generator 1 via a drain recovery unit 3 and a pump 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating and discharging device, a charging device and an incinerator which can be applied to a small incinerator for incinerating infective waste such as medical waste.
      SOLUTION: The agitating and discharging device 10 comprises a hollow agitating screw 11, a driving means 12, a movable bearing 15, a gas flow means for allowing cooling gas to flow in the hollow part of the agitating screw 11, and an ash residue discharging part 19 disposed in the lower side of the agitating screw 11. Further, the charging device 30 comprises a slide type lower opening and closing member 32, a hinged intermediate opening and closing member 34, an upper opening and closing member 37, a waste storage chamber 39, and a gas discharging means 40 for returning harmful gas to the incinerator 1.

      SOLUTION: A plurality of accumulation facilities 2 for primarily accumulating the recyclable wastes and treating facilities 3 for treating the recyclable wastes accumulated at those accumulation facilities 2 to recycle them are arranged. Weight measuring devices 5 for the recyclable wastes conveyed are provided at the respective accumulation facilities 2 and the treating facilities 3, and quality setting parts 6 and reader/writer parts 7 and additionally provided on those weight measuring devices 5. A weight (W) of the recyclable wastes conveyed to the accumulation facilities 2 or the treating facilities 3 is measured by the weight measuring device 5, and cumulation cards having memory parts are attached to the reader/writer parts 7. The number or the amount of money corresponding to the weight (W) measured by the weight measuring device 5 and a quality set value (K) set at the quality setting part 6 is cumulated and recorded a the memory part of the attached cumulation card.
