    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ultrasonic probe position guide in ultrasonic image photographing using biological light measurement.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provided with an ultrasonic probe, an optical probe, an image generation unit, a calculation unit, a support information generating unit, and an output unit. The optical probe includes: a light irradiation part disposed at the periphery of an ultrasonic sending/receiving surface of the ultrasonic probe and on a longitudinal center axis of the surface, and irradiating the inside of a subject with light from at least one position; and a plurality of light detection parts disposed at the periphery of the ultrasonic sending/receiving surface on different positions while defining a longitudinal center axis of the ultrasonic sending/receiving surface as a symmetrical axis, and detecting the intensity of the light reflected in the subject. The calculation unit calculates a position and a size of an abnormal region showing a prescribed light absorption coefficient in the subject on the basis of the intensity of the light detected by each of the light detection parts. The display unit displays an ultrasonic image showing the position and the size of the abnormal region.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery and a solar battery module having a high photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided a solar battery 110 comprising a substrate 5, a lower electrode 10, a lower intermediate layer 40, a photoelectric conversion film 30, and an upper electrode 20. The substrate 5 has a principal surface. The lower electrode 10 is provided on the principal surface, and has a lateral face which is not in parallel with the principal surface. The photoelectric conversion film 30 is provided on the lower intermediate layer 40, and includes an organic semiconductor. The upper electrode 20 is provided on the photoelectric conversion film 30.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erasable image forming material which is totally superior in image density, heat erasure characteristic, and lightfastness than before to conventional ones.
      SOLUTION: Disclosed is the image recording material which consists of a mixture obtained by mixing at least two kinds of powder each containing a coloring compound, a developer, and a binder resin. The material is characterized in that at least one kind of powder contains a crystal violet lactone as a coloring compound, the other kind of powder contains 3-(4-diethyl amino-2-alkyl oxyphenyl)-3-(1-ethyl-2-methyl indole-3-yl)-4-azaphthalide, and the weight ratio of the crystal violet lactone to the total amount of the coloring compound is 18 to 82%.
