    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input a prepaid rate even if a telephone rate register breaks down and cannot be used by inputting information on the money payment of the prepaid rate from one device among a specified extension telephone set, a repeater and an information terminal equipment, which are connected to a telephone system. SOLUTION: When a rate input key is depressed after a supplied amount is dialed, it is detected and the prepaid rate before money payment, which corresponds to an ID number, is read from the memory table of a call management device 10 and it is sent. When a total amount obtained by adding the prepaid rate before money payment and the supplied amount is within the range of the prescribed amount, information on the ID number and the supplied amount are sent to the call management device 10 and the total amount obtained by adding the prepaid rate before money payment, which corresponds to the ID number, and the supplied amount is registered in the call management device 10. Thus, the prepaid rate can be paid from a telephone set of a manager 2-n.

    • PURPOSE:To improve convenience so that an operator can change the number of keys for a call key as needed corresponding to the condition of exchange work by executing the change by an input from a switchboard under the control of a system operating means. CONSTITUTION:Extension telephone sets 11-1n, and lines (trunk lines) 21-2m are used for call processing control under the control of a system operating means 101. When the request of changing the set number of keys for the call key is applied from an input means 67 provided at a switchboard 6, under the control of the system operating means 101, the key number data of a key number data storing means 107 is changed and based on this change, the key data is fetched so as to change the set number of keys for the call key without changing a parameter at the system operating means 101. Thus, the operator of the switchboard can change the number of keys from the switchboard suitably corresponding to the condition of the exchange work.
