When a total amount obtained by adding the prepaid rate before money payment and the supplied amount is within the range of the prescribed amount, information on the ID number and the supplied amount are sent to the call management device 10 and the total amount obtained by adding the prepaid rate before money payment, which corresponds to the ID number, and the supplied amount is registered in the call management device 10. Thus, the prepaid rate can be paid from a telephone set of a manager 2-n.
