    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing transporting implement which can obtain a cushioning action while taking the weight and various shapes of a transporting article into consideration.
      SOLUTION: The packing transporting implement 20 is equipped with a flat tabular packing pedestal 21 for placing the transporting article P with a polyhydron shape, a U-shaped cushioning body 22 provided so as to cover the upper face and both side faces of the polyhydron of the transporting article P placed on this packing pedestal 21 from the outside, tabular cushioning bodies 23 provided so as to cover the other both side faces respectively from outside, and a fastening band 25 stretched outside of the U-shaped cushioning body 22 and overhung so as to hold the U-shaped cushioning body 22 on the packing pedestal 21 side. The U-shaped cushioning body 22 is equipped with a ceiling face cushioning part 32 in which a gas is enclosed inside by a required compressed gas pressure and a side face cushioning part 33. The ceiling face cushioning part 32 and the side face cushioning part 33 are respectively equipped with an outside cushioning part 33a in which a compressed gas a1 with a required pressure is respectively enclosed, and an inside cushioning part 33b in which a compressed gas a2 with a lower pressure than that for the compressed gas a1 is enclosed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably restart a voltage-type self-excited power conversion apparatus after the apparatus has been stopped temporarily by a method wherein, when a DC voltage becomes a rated voltage or lower, electric power is accommodated to a DC capacitor from a charger via a reverse-current prevention diode and the DC voltage is maintained at a rated DC voltage. SOLUTION: A series circuit which is composed of a reverse-current prevention diode and of a charger 10 provided with a battery 10A and with a current- limiting resistance 10B is connected in parallel with a DC capacitor 5 which is connected across DC terminals of a power converter 2. Then, when the power converter 2 is stopped temporarily due to a reduction in the control amount of effective power or reactive power or due to the abnormality of an AC system 1 so as to drop the voltage of the DC capacitor 5, electric power is accommodated to the DC capacitor 5 from the charger 10, and a voltage is maintained at a DC rated voltage which is required to operate the power converter 2. Thereby, the power converter 2 is set to a state that it can be always restarted, and the linkage operation of the AC system 1 with the power converter 2 can be performed smoothly.

    • PURPOSE:To omit a high-breakdown strength insulating transformer by supplying gate power of a self-arc-extinguishing device from a battery. CONSTITUTION:When a self-arc-extinguishing device (GTO) 6 is turned off, a capacitor (CD) 5 is charged to a value being the same as the voltage applied between the anode (A) and the cathode (K) of the GTO 6. When the GTO 6 is turned on at the time t1 the charge of the CD 5 charged is discharged through the path of GTO 6 resistor 3 and the path of GTO 6 input winding of a transformer 13. The charge of the CD 5 becomes zero at the time t2, and it is charged in the reverse direction during t2-t3. When the GTO 6 is turned off at the time t4, recharging is performed until the time t5, i.e., until the voltage of the CD 5 reaches the applied voltage between the anode (A) and the cathode (K) of the GTO 6. This operation is repeated after that. And the charge of the CD 5 charged is transmitted to a gate circuit 10 through an AC/DC converter 14, a battery, a gate power supply circuit 16 from the secondary side of the transformer 13, and is used as gate power for the GTO 6.

The wheel 28 is made of elastic surface treating material obtd. by binding abrasive grains with synthetic unwoven fiber, and gives a uniform roughened surface to the base P, thus forming a uniform photoreceptor enhanced in adhesion between the substrate P and the photosensitive layer.
