摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process optimization control system for stably optimizing and controlling a process system configurated by a group of boiler turbine generators at a lower primary energy consumption cost, by calculating optimum fuel flow by an optimum method. SOLUTION: This process optimization control system 1 comprises a process system 6 configurated by an energy generator for generating the secondary energy satisfying the demand from the primary energy, and an energy consumption load to which the second energy is supplied, a general control means 3 comprising a distribution gain setting means having a function for giving the distribution gain to a main control amount and calculating the proportional distribution amount distributed to each energy generator, and a bias setting means for giving the bias to the proportional distribution amount, and an optimization calculating means 2. The optimization calculating means 2 calculates optimum conditions by solving problems in optimization for minimizing the primary energy consumption cost, on the basis of operation restricting conditions of the energy generator of the process system 6, determines the distribution gain and the device on the basis of the optimum conditions, and gives them to the general control means 3. 摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a governor to follow up a load miter and to improve operability by a method wherein regulation is practicable by means of an electric signal for a control oil pressure flowing from a load limiter oil cylinder to a governor oil cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A change-over switch 3 to select rise follow-up and lowering follow-up is mounted to a circuit having a governor control switch 2 to control a governor motor 1 to an upper or a lower limit. During rise follow-up operation of a governor, the opening of the governor is increased to a given value by actuating a governor in the direction of an upper limit only for a set time set by an OFF delay timer 6. After change-over to load limiter operation after the rise of the opening, with a governor operation electric signal 4 brought into an OFF-state, the governor is stopped, and thereafter, repetition of this motion causes the governor to perform staged rise follow-up. Meanwhile, during lowering follow-up of the governor, the governor is stopped only for a set time set by an on-delay timer 8 to cause the governor to perform staged lowering follow-up.

Also, increase direction control of a governor motor 105 is started, the governor position becomes more above than the load limiter position, and the electric signal 101a is annihilated. Subsequently, after a prescribed time elapses, decrease direction control of the governor motor 105 is started, and when the governor position becomes equal to the load limiter position, the current signal 101a is generated, and the decrease direction control is stopped.
