    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thermal stress generated at high/intermediate-pressure sections and reduce the bore stress at the portion of a low-pressure section where high centrifugal force is applied by setting the center holes of the high- temperature high-pressure section or/and intermediate-pressure section of a rotor and the center hole of the low-pressure section applied with the high centrifugal force different in diameter in a high (intermediate)/low-pressure integrated steam turbine rotor. SOLUTION: A center hole ϕd1 slightly larger than the center hole ϕd2, of a low-pressure section 4 is provided on a high-temperature high-pressure section 2 and an intermediate-pressure section 3 in a high (intermediate)/low- pressure integrated turbine rotor. The relatively large center hole ϕd1 is formed on the high-temperature high-pressure section 2 and the intermediate-pressure section 3, the thickness of the rotor at this portion is made small on the contrary, and the thermal stress generated at the time of excessive changes, e.g. at the time of a start and a stop, at this portion is reduced in the combined cycle requiring a quick start, for example. The time to reach the target load is shortened, an excellent operating characteristic is obtained, and the life of a steam turbine can be prolonged.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an operator and to prevent the generation of misdecision and misoperation by deciding an operation guideline to be led from the cause of generation of multiple accidents in a plant and its state at the time of generating the multiple accidents and extracting and displaying minimum information to be monitored by the operation guideline. CONSTITUTION:When an alarm signal 51 due to abnormality in the plant is inputted to an input device 1, its corresponding alarm window on an alarm display board 2 is lighted and the signal 51 is inputted to a signal input part 11 in a process computer 3 through an interface 4. At the time of deciding a fatal accident based upon decision logic stored in a decision logic storage part 14 after receiving the alarm signal 51, a logical execution part 15 displays an operation guideline to be led in. The operator is only required to correspond to the guideline, and at the time of requesting the minimum information to be required for execution from an I/O device 5, a picture with the most understandable format is formed by a picture formation part 12 and displayed on a CRT 6 through a picture display part 13, so that the generation of misoperation and misdecision can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the extent of efficiency in a steam turbine as well as to promote the compactification of a building by setting up a high pressure part or high, medium pressure part of the steam turbine in the first shaft and a low pressure steam turbine in the second shaft downward, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A gas turbine 1, a compressor 2, and a high, medium pressure steam turbine 3 plus a generator 5 are all connected to an A shaft through a rigid coupling. Likewise, those of gas turbine 1, compressor 2, low pressure steam turbine 4 and generator 5 are all connected to a B shaft through the rigid coupling. As for a steam cycle, exhaust steam out of the low pressure turbine 4 is condensed by a condenser 6, and subjected to heat exchanging by each exhaust heat recovery boiler 7 utilizing exhaust heat of the gas turbine 1 of each shaft, it turns to high pressure and high temperature steam. Each steam to be produced out of these two boilers 7 is converged into one and fed to the high-medium pressure turbine 3. Exhaust steam out of a medium pressure part of this high-medium pressure turbine 3 is fed into the low pressure turbine 4 by a cylinder connecting pipe 8. Thus, the extent of efficiency in the steam turbine is improvable.
