CONSTITUTION:In the cooling type electric rotating machine 1, cooling medium is fed through a plurality of stator windings 21, 22 and a conductor 6 for electrically connecting the stator windings 21, 22 to the outside thus cooling the stator windings 21, 22 and the connecting conductor 6. First cooling medium piping 3 for coupling the connecting conductor 6 to the outside and second cooling medium piping 8 for communicating between the connecting conductor 6 and respective stator windings 21, 22 are provided. Furthermore, a water supply branch pipe communicated with water supply side is provided and a branch pipe communicated with the inlet end of each stator winding and with the inlet end of the connecting conductor is fixed to the outlet side of the water supply branch pipe.

The heat conduction between the target 4 and the crucible 1 is executed by radiation as the heat insulating space 5 exists in this case and, therefore, the heat transmission loss is decreased and the evaporation efficiency is improved. Further, the life of the crucible 1 is long and the long-term operation is possible as the metal 3 does not come into contact with the inside wall of the crucible 1.

    • PURPOSE:To improve mounting accuracy and to improve measurement accuracy by supporting electromagnetism measuring wires by electromagnetism measuring wire supporting members disposed in the internal space of a reinforcing part. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of the electromagnetism measuring wire supporting members, for example, bobbins 5 which have notches 5a, 5b on the front and rear surfaces and are spaced from each other, are disposed in the internal space of the reinforcing part 2 and the electromagnetism measuring wires 3, 4 are respectively disposed to the notches 5a, 5b of the respective bobbins 5. The easy setting is, therefore, possible without having interfering objects which are encountered with the conventional vacuum vessels. Since the wires are fixed to the bobbins 5 and plate members 2b, the secure setting is assured and since the need for fixing plates is eliminated, the failure of the measuring wires and the time for fixing with the fixing plates are eliminated.
